ALBANY Construction on Interstate 90 isn't going away. In fact, it's just begun west of I-787.
Richard Maitino, regional Department of Transportation director, said traffic through the $19.3 million job's work zone appeared to be flowing smoothly during Monday's morning rush hour, following some slow going for motorists on the project's first day Saturday.
